Illinois Job Growth

There were 5,775,500 jobs in Illinois in April 2013 according to the CES survey of employers. The CPS survey of households showed 5,969,995 employed persons for the month. Illinois lost 2,000 jobs in April 2013 according to the CES survey while the broader CPS employment measure fell by 12,614 (Comparing CES and CPS employment numbers.).
